Returns and shipping
Level 2. We are shipping under alert level 2 via contactless door to door courier. Stay safe and get in touch anytime.
You'll know when we have shipped your goodies as you will receive a courier tracking number via email from us. We use the excellent NZ Post courier 1-2 day system. This may take a wee bit longer due to current Covid delivery constraints under alert level 2.
Your purchases (yay!) will be sent within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.
Weekend purchases will be sent on Mondays.
New Zealand shipping
Shipping is free for all orders over $59 using a tracked courier service. Orders under $59 are a flat rate of $5.
Change Of Delivery AddressFor change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Our returns policyPlump the pillows will happily accept returns due to change of mind where your request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item, in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Plump the pillows will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Return shipping will be paid at your expense and you will be required to arrange your own shipping.
